Being an English major, translating is only a part of my mission. As for me, letting the world hear Chinese voices is more like our task. We should also enable them to have a clearer and deeper understanding of the history and roots of Chinese culture. So being an English major, I think, is something that requires great skills and knowledge and responsibility.
