Additionally, qualities like being skilled communicators and patient listeners are essential for teachers.

    A qualified teacher should not only possess strong professional knowledge but also have good qualities.On the one hand,a qualified teacher should possess professional knowledge, be capable of classroom design, manage the class effectively, communicate well with students, and be responsible etc.On the other hand, teachers should also have patience, empathy, passion for education, and a sensitive heart.
