    ommunication and thinking. One example is when discussing the details of a project, a colleague from a Western country put forward his opinion. His expression is more direct and concise, but it may offend others. Another colleague from an Eastern country tends to express his opinions more tactfully and implicitly. This makes it difficult for both sides to understand each other's intentions. In order to resolve this contradiction, I take the initiative to build a communication bridge to help people better understand each other's cultural differences and communication methods. By listening patiently, respecting each other's points of view, and actively seeking common ground, we eventually succeeded in resolving our differences and reaching consensus.     In some cultures, indirect communication is considered polite, while in others, directness is preferred. This can lead to misunderstandings if one party perceives indirect communication as evasive or insincere, while the other interprets directness as rude or confrontational.
