How to deal with stress in life?

  What is known to us is that appropriate pressure can promote our progress.Therefore,stress problem should gain increaing emphasis and we should take effective measures to solve it.

   To start with,if stressful ,you can ask for help to your teachers or friends.Talking   ,  a very effective way to ease stess ,can make us gain bettter suggestions. Secondly,we should try our best to adjust colorful college life.Not only can this make us feel delighted physically and mentally,but also believe in ourselves more. What is more,keep healthy.Time permitting,we should play sports to build up our fitness.

  All in all,solving stress problems appropriately  is the most important for us to become a better self.
