How to deal with stress in life?

First of all, change your personal lifestyle is important for us. At your earlier school life, you may be locked in the cage which made by parents and teachers and you may received a lot from them. For the freshmen, we may shackled by the sudden change of live environment, learning style and schdule or local culture. Some of us are being fettered by different types of stress, interpersonal stress, love stress, exam stress,etc..

To relieve it, we should better relax down and just have a break. Getting enough sleep,don't stay up late is vital. 

Moreover,avoid excessive tense and calm down is the first task that we need to deal with it acn make the problem fully resolved.focus on daily diet is also significant for us.

Additionally, Choose green foods like eggs and celery which are rich in vitamins and protein. They can provide us enough nutrition so that we can perform better at daily life.
