How to Deal with Stress in Life

Stress in life is the source of motivation or the root of illness ,all depending  on how to deal with it.

Each kind of people may meet stress in their daily lives.Stress may bring anxiety or other feelings.If you are a student,you may get crazy because of the homework,if you are a worker,you may get tired in job.Whatever ,there are some ways to solve it.First,you can listen to the music which you are interested in.Then you can play games with your guys.When you have bad moods,try to do some sports,and it can not only strong your body,but also deal with the bad moods.

All in all ,there are many things can make you bad,but we still have methods to deal with them.You just need calm down,everything will be fine.
